We usually only see the kids schools from the outside, but last week had an exception. Kristian is involved in starting a "Proud Dads Club" at Luca's school and on contrast to (American) moms planning such things they smartly make sure to have the meetings at places where decisions can be washed down with icecold specialty beer, and where the who-does-what list is over with relatively fast.
Første arrangement var "lunch with a loved one" der, selvom det lyder som et relativt cheesy arrangement, egentlig bare var at få lov at spise frokost med sit afkom i kantinen. På Pattengill er det så smart arrangeret at ungerne først bliver smidt udenfor i 20 minutter for at fræse rundt på skolens gigantiske udendørs legeplads før de går i kantinen.
Luca er super kræsen og har altid egen madpakke med og det er mor her svært tilfreds med efter at have set mængderne af gummiost på pizzaen.
The first event planned was "lunch with a loved one" and even though it sounds relatively tacky it was really just a chance to have lunch with your kid at school. At pattengill the kids are kicked outside to let out some steam at the gigantic outdoor playground for 20 minutes before the enter the canteen.
Luca is very picky and usually brings his own lunch which makes his mom quite happy - especially after seeing the vast amount of rubbery cheese on top of the pizza served.
